Spending your points
100 pts = S$1
Open any eligible unpaid invoice in your account and choose how many points to apply. The discount shows up on your invoice instantly!
Points cover the service portion of your bill. Hotel deposits are paid in cash to confirm your booking, and your points then go toward the balance.
Good to know
Points expire after 12 months. Oldest points are spent first, so nothing goes to waste!
Fully paid means fully paid. Points appear when your invoice is settled, not at booking.
One balance, both brands. Earn on a stay, a groom or a shop, then spend on whichever visit comes next!
Your membership isn't tied to marketing emails
Unsubscribing from our emails never cancels your rewards. You keep your balance, keep earning on every paid visit, and can spend points as usual. Membership and email preferences are two separate switches, and you can change either one anytime in your account.

How do I join?
There's no separate sign-up! Just sign in with your email on the account page (we send a one-time code) and rewards activate automatically. Paid visits from the past 2 months are added to your balance on first sign-in.
Where does my account work?
One account and one points balance across Cat Paradise Hotel (boarding and cat sitting), Cats Garage grooming, and cat supplies at catsgarage.com.sg.
When do points show up?
As soon as your invoice or Cats Garage order is fully paid! You'll see each visit and order, and the points it earned, in your account history.
What doesn't earn points?
Transport and service add-ons. On Cats Garage orders the products earn points, but shipping and taxes don't.
How do I spend points?
Open an eligible unpaid invoice from your account and apply points: 100 points = S$1 off the service portion. Hotel deposits are paid in cash; points go toward the balance.
Do points expire?
Yes, 12 months after they're earned. Don't worry, we always spend your oldest points first!
If I unsubscribe from emails, do I lose my points?
No! Marketing emails and rewards membership are separate. Unsubscribe anytime and your balance and earning are unaffected.
